F.M. Floors Supplies Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4 Bulkley Avenue Port Chester, NY 10573 after RMA (Returned Material Authorization) granted by F.M. Floors Supplies.
To return merchandise purchased at F.M. Floors Supplies, a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) is required. Please contact a F.M. Floors Supplies representative to assist you with an RMA.
Any order claims and/or discrepancies should be reported to F.M. Floors Supplies within 5 days of receiving the product.
Credit will be issued using the same method by which the material was purchased, minus a 20% restock fee Plus Credit card fee (if applies to the Purchase). F.M. Floors Supplies cannot accept returns on stock items after 14 days.
Products that are received for credit by F.M. Floors Supplies and meet any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
· · Products not purchased from F.M. Floors Supplies
· · Any products that have be damaged or altered in any way –this excludes manufacturer
defects as well as materials damaged in shipping
· · Any products not returned in the original packaging and/or without original accessories
F.M. Floors Supplies will gladly assist in any way to help our flooring professionals obtain “special order” products for their consumers; however, we cannot accept returns on such products. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as water base finishes, Oil based finishes and Stains/ Stains and Finishes of any kind), custom products (such as special orders). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
